Frequently asked
Yes — reservations are required for dinner. Dinner sittings run in two-hour slots and the sunset slots are the first to fill, so book ahead. Bookings are accepted exclusively via WhatsApp +66 63 198 8778.
Nahm is open 1:00 PM–10:00 PM daily except Tuesday. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, though the restaurant stays open until 10:00 PM. Soirée, the rooftop bar upstairs, is open 5:00 PM to Midnight, also closed Tuesdays.
Nahm's kitchen closes at 9:00 PM and the restaurant itself closes at 10:00 PM. Guests who want to keep the evening going with after-dinner drinks are invited to move up to Soirée, the rooftop bar on the second floor, which stays open until Midnight.
During dinner service the front-row terrace tables carry a minimum spend of 1,500 baht per person. Other tables don't have a minimum spend, but each guest is required to order a main course and a drink.
Yes — request a waterfront terrace table when you book, and if one is available we'll confirm it for you. If not, we'll let you know and check whether you'd like a regular table instead. There are only 4 terrace tables in total (two 4-seaters and two 2-seaters), each carrying the 1,500 baht per person minimum spend. Groups larger than 4 are seated at our larger tables inside — every table at Nahm has a sea view. Nahm has 15 tables in total, and on busy evenings we stagger arrivals — seating around 4 guests every 15 minutes — so the kitchen can keep pace and guests aren't all arriving at once.
We don't accept groups larger than 8 people for dinner service. Larger groups may be possible for lunch service instead, but availability depends on the day — please check with our team on WhatsApp before booking.
Sunset dinner slots are allocated as two-hour bookings to keep service smooth, and that end time doesn't move — arriving late shortens your sitting rather than extending it. For example, arriving 10 minutes late leaves 1 hour 50 minutes at the table. If you're more than 10 minutes late without letting us know, your table may be released to waiting guests. This matters most on busy evenings, when bookings run back to back.
Yes, Nahm is dog friendly, alongside free wifi, waterfront and outdoor seating, and full table service.
Yes. The menu marks vegetarian (V), vegan (VG), dairy-free (DF) and gluten-free (GF) dishes throughout, including starters, mains, sides and sweets — not as a separate short list. See the full menu.
The meat we serve is sourced from Halal suppliers. Nahm isn't a certified Halal kitchen and we do serve alcohol on-site, so guests with specific requirements are welcome to ask our team about individual dishes.
Menu prices exclude a 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Credit cards (only Visa and Mastercard) require a 3,000 baht minimum spend. QR scan payment from any Thai banking app is accepted. Bills cannot be split between guests.
Nahm is at 16/9 Moo 5, Bophut, Ko Samui 84320, on the waterfront just 50 meters up from Bangrak seafood market, a 5-minute walk from Big Buddha, and just a 5-minute drive from Samui Airport. Street parking is available nearby.
Soirée is the second-floor rooftop bar directly above Nahm's dining room, sharing the same waterfront and sunset view but running a shorter, drinks-first list of cocktails, wine and spirits. It's built for a drink before or after a meal, or as its own stop, and keeps different hours from the restaurant downstairs. More on the Soirée page.
Nahm wasn't a filming location, but it became a favourite off-set spot for the cast of The White Lotus Season 3 while they filmed on Koh Samui — The New York Times reported that actors including Walton Goggins ate at Nahm several times a week during filming, and interviewed owner-manager Michael Brasier about the show's impact on the island.

Yes. Nahm has an on-site boutique, Brisc Studio, selling a curated edit of women's dresses, bags and jewellery. Follow @briscstudio on Instagram for new arrivals.
Yes. Espresso is pulled on a La Marzocco GB5x using single-origin Chiang Mai Organic beans — a proper stop for coffee lovers, not just an after-dinner formality. See the full coffee & tea list.
